"Nice clothes, but the service was so slow"
I ordered from Mint Velvet the clothes themselves were nice, no real complaints there. But the return process was such a pain. Customer service took forever to get back to me, like actually ages, and when they finally replied it just sounded like a generic copy-and-paste message. I had to chase them twice for a basic update, which was really frustrating. It was slow, slow, slow the whole way through. Nice clothes, but the service really let it down. I’m not sure I’d order again unless they seriously improve how they handle returns and replies.

"The clothes themselves were fine, no complaints..."
The clothes themselves were fine, no complaints there, but the delivery was a proper let down. It took way longer than they’d said, and the so-called “tracking” was basically just a decorative button at that point. I ended up having to chase it myself like some unpaid parcel detective. Not the worst thing ever, but definitely not great.

"I really wanted to like this dress..."
I really wanted to like this dress, but it just felt kind of cheap as soon as I took it out of the package. The fabric wasn’t great, and then after barely wearing it, I noticed the seams starting to come loose, which was super frustrating. For the price, I was expecting something a lot better, or at least something that felt like it would hold up. Just kind of disappointing overall.

"Lovely styles, just a little pricey"
I’ve been really liking Mint Velvet’s clothes. The styles feel simple and easy to wear, but still have enough detail to make them feel a bit more special. Everything I’ve tried looks quite modern without being too trendy. My only slight downside is that some pieces are more expensive than I’d expect, so I tend to be a bit selective with what I buy.

"A little impatient at first, but it worked out"
I sent a dress back and was a bit annoyed waiting for the refund, since it took about a week. But then again, the return itself was really simple and I didn’t have to chase anyone, so I ended up feeling relieved. Not the fastest process ever, but overall I’m happy with how easy it was.

The sizing was pretty much exactly what I hoped for, and the dress feels comfortable and true to size. I do have slightly mixed feelings overall, but fit-wise, it worked out really well for me
